We research the representation
and use of process knowledge within biomedical applications, using an ontology-based, informatics approach. Our broad goal is to accelerate the way biological and medical research is conducted.
Our
primary driving use case is with biosimulation systems, and we collaborate
closely with bioengineers, applied mathematicians, and clinicians who build biological simulations ranging
from tissue- and organ-level to molecular-level processes. Please see our projects
